4. AI Image Processing

Photos uploaded for equipment analysis are processed using:

  • Google Cloud Vision API — for object and text recognition
  • Google Gemini AI — for generating descriptions and condition assessment
  • Bing Visual Search — for finding similar products and prices

Images are sent to these services for processing. We do not store images on third-party servers longer than necessary for analysis.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We may share your data with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Storage

Data is stored on Convex servers (USA) using modern encryption methods.

We retain data for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal requirements.
