2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new PRO subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with PRO for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time PRO subscribers
  • Monthly and annual subscription plans
  • Purchases made through our website

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  3. 3Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day refund period, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. However:

  • You will retain PRO access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • All your data and inventory will remain accessible

5. Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals, we offer a 7-day refund window from the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel before renewal, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the renewal charge.

6. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions requested after the 14-day period but before 3 months of use, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund period
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Subscription changes (e.g., downgrading from annual to monthly)

8. Free Trial

If you started with a free trial and were subsequently charged:

  • You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge
  • We recommend canceling during the trial period if you decide PRO is not for you

9. Payment Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving any payment issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
