RePeaks (hereinafter referred to as "Service") is an online platform for buying, selling, and renting used mountaineering and climbing equipment. By using our service, you agree to these terms of use.

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to block or delete an account in case of violation of these terms or suspicious activity.

When posting a listing, you guarantee that:

• You are the legal owner of the equipment or have the right to sell/rent it
• The description and photos correspond to the actual condition of the item
• The equipment is safe for its intended use
• The price is stated correctly and in the appropriate currency

It is prohibited to post listings for damaged equipment that does not meet safety standards without indicating defects.

RePeaks is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transaction and are not responsible for:

• Quality and condition of goods
• Fulfillment of obligations by parties
• Disputes between users

We recommend inspecting equipment in person before purchase and using secure payment methods.

The Service provides AI-based equipment valuation based on photo analysis and market data. This estimate is advisory and does not guarantee sale at the indicated price.

Users are free to set any price at their discretion.

Basic service functionality is free with a limit of 10 items in inventory.

PRO subscription removes limitations and provides additional features. Subscription cost and terms are listed on the pricing page.

Climbing equipment is personal protective equipment. The buyer must independently assess the suitability of equipment for use.

RePeaks is not responsible for the consequences of using equipment purchased through the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through service notifications.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
